Founding Session terms

A Founding Session is advance payment for one future private three-hour sauna and yurt session for the group size purchased. It is a pre-purchase, not a donation or investment. The price shown is the total price and no Wild Isle Sauna booking fee is added at checkout.
Expected opening: 1 May 2027. Long-stop date: 31 October 2027. If the sauna cannot proceed, unused Founding Sessions will be refunded. If it has not opened by the long-stop date, you may cancel an unused Founding Session for a full refund.
14-day cancellation right: because this Founding Session is bought online before you choose a particular session date, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Email founders@wildislesauna.co.uk with your name and order reference and say that you wish to cancel. We will refund the original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights. When you later use the reference to reserve a specific date, the cancellation terms shown for that fixed-date leisure booking will apply.
The Founding Session reference is single-use, linked to the purchase email and group size, and has no cash value. It will remain valid until at least 12 months after the long-stop date. A full refund voids the reference and the founder benefit.
The original purchaser also receives a personal 15% discount on future standard private bookings for as long as Wild Isle Sauna continues to offer standard private sessions. It is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be combined with another offer unless we say otherwise.
Cancellation wording you may use: “I give notice that I cancel my Wild Isle Sauna Founding Session.” Include your name, purchase email and order reference.
