The yurt is up on the croft and the off-grid solar array is under construction. The remaining work is to buy, install and commission the sauna.
A Founding Session is a straightforward pre-booking: one private three-hour sauna and yurt session when Wild Isle Sauna opens.
Each option is £25 below the planned opening price and covers one future private three-hour sauna and yurt booking.

Once your Founding Session is confirmed, the purchaser receives 10% off all future standard private sauna bookings made through the same customer account.
There is no public discount code to lose or share. The benefit stays with your founder account and is applied automatically when you book.
The Founding Session reference is a single-use booking entitlement, not a general discount code.
Pick the session for two, four or six people. On the live campaign, payment will be taken securely on Revolut’s hosted checkout.
After payment is confirmed, we email your order details and a unique Founding Session reference linked to your email address and session size.
We email you a private booking link. Choose an eligible date and confirm with your purchase email and reference; your prepaid session is applied and the booking balance is £0.

A Founding Session is advance payment for one future private three-hour sauna and yurt session for the group size purchased. It is a pre-purchase, not a donation or investment. The price shown is the total price and no Wild Isle Sauna booking fee is added at checkout.
Expected opening: to be confirmed before launch. Long-stop date: to be confirmed before launch. If the sauna cannot proceed, unused Founding Sessions will be refunded. If it has not opened by the long-stop date, you may cancel an unused Founding Session for a full refund.
14-day cancellation right: because this Founding Session is bought online before you choose a particular session date, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Email founders@wildislesauna.co.uk with your name and order reference and say that you wish to cancel. We will refund the original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights. When you later use the reference to reserve a specific date, the cancellation terms shown for that fixed-date leisure booking will apply.
The Founding Session reference is single-use, linked to the purchase email and group size, and has no cash value. It will remain valid until at least 12 months after the long-stop date. A full refund voids the reference and the founder benefit.
The original purchaser also receives a personal 10% discount on future standard private bookings for as long as Wild Isle Sauna continues to offer standard private sessions. It is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be combined with another offer unless we say otherwise.
Cancellation wording you may use: “I give notice that I cancel my Wild Isle Sauna Founding Session.” Include your name, purchase email and order reference.
Wild Isle Adventures Ltd is the data controller. We use your name, email, order, booking and refund details to perform the contract; keep accounting and legal records; and prevent fraud and abuse. Marketing is optional and based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Payment card data stays with Revolut. We use service providers including Cloudflare, Revolut, Resend and Google Workspace to operate the service. Where providers process data internationally, they are responsible for appropriate transfer safeguards.
Transaction records are normally retained for up to six years where needed for accounting, tax or legal claims. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer need them. You may ask for access, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
